Sector C — Research

Research Programs

Four active programs, one discipline: build AI that behaves the same in production as it did in the lab.

PRG-01 / AGENTS

Autonomous Agents

Agents that operate tools, APIs, and documents on your behalf.

  • Workflow and back-office automation
  • Tool-use with scoped permissions
  • Human approval checkpoints
PRG-02 / DATA

Data Containment

Your knowledge, retrievable — never leaked.

  • Retrieval-augmented search
  • Document ingestion pipelines
  • Access control & data lineage
PRG-03 / MODELS

Model Lab

Choosing and shaping the right model for the task.

  • Custom evaluation suites
  • Fine-tuning & distillation
  • Cost / latency benchmarking
PRG-04 / OPS

Secure Deployment

Getting to production — and staying there.

  • On-prem & private-cloud hosting
  • Monitoring, alerting, fail-safes
  • Incident & rollback procedures
Test protocol

How an experiment runs

  1. PHASE 01

    Hypothesis

We define the problem, the success metric, and what "failure" looks like before writing a line of code.

  2. PHASE 02

    Test Chamber

A contained prototype on real (sanitized) data, measured against the baseline.

  3. PHASE 03

    Containment Review

Security, privacy, and failure-mode review. Nothing leaves the chamber without sign-off.

  4. PHASE 04

    Deployment

Staged rollout with monitoring and a documented off-switch.
